Terms and conditions for the Loyal Panda program

We believe your loyalty should be rewarded. This is where the Loyal Panda Program comes in, giving you redeemable Loyal Panda Points whenever you perform one of a variety of actions. For further information, please check our explanation of the Loyal Panda program.

    1. Royal Panda retains the sole right to interpret and apply the terms and conditions of the Loyal Panda loyalty program at all times.
    2. Loyal Panda Points may not be transferred, bartered, sold or traded in any way. Loyal Panda Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
    3. Loyal Panda Points are a means of rewarding active players for using Royal Panda’s products. Should Royal Panda suspect a player is generating Loyal Panda Points for the purpose of generating additional Loyal Panda Points (such as by performing risk-free actions continuously), Royal Panda reserves the right to delete the player’s Loyal Panda Points balance and exclude the player from the Loyal Panda program.
    4. Royal Panda may also, at its sole discretion, close a player's account and freeze any funds held in it, in the event that it suspect the player of abusing the Loyal Panda program.
    5. If Royal Panda decides that a particular player is no longer eligible for the Loyal Panda loyalty program, Royal Panda may exclude a player from the Loyal Panda program at its sole discretion and at any time.
    6. Royal Panda reserves the right to withdraw the player’s Loyal Panda Points balance if it finds any of its terms and conditions have been breached.
    7. Royal Panda reserves the right to cancel and/or revoke Loyal Panda Points that may have been obtained through misuse of the system.
    8. Loyal Panda Points will expire should the player fail to earn new points over a twelve month period, at which point any such points remaining will be removed from their account.
    9. Players are responsible for providing the correct information when ordering products from the Loyal Panda Shop. Royal Panda is not responsible for any products ordered through the Loyal Panda Shop, that are not delivered due to incorrect information being supplied by the player.
    10. Royal Panda is not responsible for product defects and failures. All items in the Loyal Panda Shop will be purchased through official dealers. Players receive a copy of the invoice and in the event of a defect or fault occurring with items ordered through the Loyal Panda Shop, it is the player’s responsibility to resolve any issues with those products with the dealer of the products and/or their manufacturer.
    11. Royal Panda’s general terms and conditions also apply at all times.
    12. Royal Panda reserves the right to provide substitute products of similar value should the specified product ordered through the Loyal Panda Shop become unavailable for any reason.
    13. Products ordered through the Loyal Panda Shop are not transferable.
    14. On the product detail page in the Loyal Panda Shop, additional terms may be given.
    15. Only individuals are eligible for participation in the Loyal Panda program. Only the individual named in the Royal Panda member account may play using that account.
